Vision Statement

To create more opportunities for all girls’ lacrosse players, while growing the sport of lacrosse in the Southeast. SWLI wants to give equal access to players in need, while instilling a passion for the sport. To create and give more access to young girls and women in sports allows for a more successful community. 

 

Mission

Our aim is to provide scholarships for players in need, run tournaments in support of foundations, and supply field space for teams pursuing the game of girls’ lacrosse. Within 5 years we hope to expand from the Jacksonville Area into Amelia Island, Lake City, and St. Augustine.

 

SWLI is a non-profit organization developed to expand the sport of girls’ lacrosse in the Southeast. Started in Jacksonville, FL, SWLI will reach girls of all ages in hopes to play lacrosse that will allow them to be a part of a program and community.
